About Our Client:


The client is highly respected in their field across the UK, with high growth plans and a diverse product portfolio.


The Finance Assistant will:

  • Assist the processing of sales orders
  • Raise invoices
  • Respond to customer enquiries
  • Process cancellations
  • Reconcile Bank statements (multiple entities)
  • Ensure receipts are allocated in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assist with production of monthly management reports
  • Prepare a schedule of purchase invoices due for payment
  • Credit Control

The Successful Applicant:


The Finance Assistant will be/have:

  • An accounting qualification would be desirable
  • Knowledge of accounting software/s and CRM system/s
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office, confident communicator, highly detail orientated
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Finance experience essential
  • Flexible, resourceful, accountable, proactive, able to use own initiative
  • Immediately available
