Personal Injury Solicitor

We're working with an established law firm, that prides itself on the practical, and efficient service it provides. They are fully engaged within the community and offer a comprehensive benefits package to their employees. The successful Personal Injury Solicitor will provide legal services in relation to personal injury, and clinical negligence. The Personal Injury Solicitor will also assist in the co-ordination of the business objectives.


Responsibilities:


  • Initial consultations and client triage
  • Advising and liaising with clients on personal injury matters
  • Ongoing case management, and client relationship management
  • Networking and business development for commercial workflows
  • Reviewing and managing WIP and client financing in relation to ongoing matters
  • To produce all fees to meet monthly and yearend targets
  • Outstanding debt collection
  • Record phone calls, inquiries, and requests, and handle them when appropriate

Skills/ Experience:


  • PQE (or equivalent) and experience using multiple systems
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Proactive with good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively
  • High level of attention to detail and an inquiring mind
  • The ability to manage time effectively, prioritising tasks to ensure that deadlines are met
  • Excellent client relationship skills
