Receptionist Northwich
I am looking for an experienced Receptionist to join a leading Asset Management company in Northwich.

Their mission is to be the best place in the UK for wealth professionals and their clients who include business owners, individuals, charities, families,and employers.

Joining a team of around 800 people based in 14 offices across the UK, the new Receptionist will be the first point of face to face and telephone contact for the business, so a friendly, professional and helpful personality are vital.


THE ROLE

The Receptionist will be working as part of a small team, acting as a front desk receptionist and providing administrative and clerical support to the company's PAs, the Facilities staff, Advisers and clients.

This is a fast paced and varied role, and dutieswill include:


  • Greeting all visitors to the premises
  • Keeping reception area tidy and welcoming for visitors
  • Arranging meeting room accommodation when requested
  • Providing refreshments for visitors as and when required
  • Providing administrative support to enable the Facilities department to function effectively and efficiently.
  • Supporting the Facilities department in delivering an efficient service to internal and external clients to include coordinating work with third party suppliers.
  • Raising Purchase Orders via SAP Concur as and when requested
  • Meeting new starters to the business and provide H&S induction and create security access passes.
  • Organising travel and/or taxi reservations for visitors from other offices

ABOUT YOU
Ideally you will have experience in a similar Receptionist role as well as:

  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Word (intermediate level), Excel (basic level), PowerPoint (intermediate level), Outlook (advanced level)
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines with consistent accuracy
  • Excellent attention to detail and presentation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
  • Adaptability
  • Customer orientation
  • Work as part of a team
  • Confidence to suggest ways of improving the service currently offered
  • Proven ability to take the initiative

WHAT'S ON OFFER
The new full time Receptionist will work Monday to Friday 9-5 and will receive a salary of up to £22,000 depending on experience, as well as a broad and comprehensive benefits package which includes:
