Main Purpose of the Job


As a dynamic and organised Receptionist / Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and professional impression of the company.

This role also involves providing administrative support to various departments, contributing to the smooth operation of the office.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Reception:_
  • Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a warm and professional reception experience.
  • Handle incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
  • Administrative Support:_
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
  • Assist in organising company events and functions.
  • Collaborate with various departments to facilitate effective communication and workflow.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Proven experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customerfacing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Professional and friendly demeanour, with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
Interest in renewable energy and environmental sustainability is a bonus


Salary:
£20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

  • Carlton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
