Customer Service Administrator£23,795 - £25,000 per annum (depending on skills and abilities)

Commutable from Chester (Eccleston, Farndon,Tattenhall) and Wrexham Rossett)

The Role:


Our client is a well-established company who provide a fast and reliable repair and maintenance service supporting their client base nationwide.

We are supporting them with their recruitment of a Customer Service Administrator to join a friendly team.


The responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator:

  • Process quotations, invoices and update a database.
  • Take credit card payments and proformas.
  • Receive and distribute post.
  • Process and verify engineer timesheets.
  • Support the customer service team.

The successfully appointed Customer Service Administrator will have:

  • A background in customer service and or administration.
  • The ability to use a CRM system as well as Microsoft packages (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • IT literate.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to take ownership of tasks.
