The Role:
Our client is a well-established company who provide a fast and reliable repair and maintenance service supporting their client base nationwide.
The responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator:
- Process quotations, invoices and update a database.
- Take credit card payments and proformas.
- Receive and distribute post.
- Process and verify engineer timesheets.
- Support the customer service team.
The successfully appointed Customer Service Administrator will have:
- A background in customer service and or administration.
- The ability to use a CRM system as well as Microsoft packages (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- IT literate.
- Attention to detail.
- Selfmotivated with the ability to take ownership of tasks.
