Customer Service Administrator
We are a small, family-run business with an ever-growing and diverse customer base. Based in the Rabans Lane Industrial area of Aylesbury, we have been successfully manufacturing packaging for over 35 years.

We are now looking for someone new to add to our Customer Services team of three to work directly alongside our customers and Sales and Production teams.


The role
This is an internal role based at our office/production facility. The hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, with a 1-hour lunch break included. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary and 23 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays).


The range of requirements that will make up the role are varied, so someone who thrives when multi-tasking both administratively and practically are essential.

You don't need to know anything about packaging; we will teach you everything you need to know. Some of the roles will include;

  • Liaising with our production and sales teams
  • Processing orders
  • Processing enquiries
  • Liaising and purchasing goods from suppliers


It can be a very busy and demanding environment, so you will need to be confident, diligent and have an eye for detail.

These qualities will allow you to succeed and achieve the high level of customer service we strive for and are known for.

  • Ability to understand problems and take ownership until resolution
  • Confidence and accuracy with simple maths.
  • Ability to appreciate the importance of clear and concise communication
