POST- are looking to hire experienced Customer Service Executives for an incredibly successful market-leader.


What you'll be doing as a Customer Service Executive:

  • Educating tenants and their referees on the requirements in order to establish affordability and suitability for a property and assisting them in how to provide.
  • Completing detailed and accurate final reports to reflect all investigations to make recommendations to our clients based on information gathered.

  • Is experienced in managing varying workloads.
  • Has excellent verbal and written communication.

  • Demonstrates good judgement and a decisive mindset.
  • Has a willingness to learn, develop and build on feedback.
  • Can be adaptable to business developments and customer needs.
