CRM Strategist

Tasks:


  • Focusing on client KPIs, while working closely with the Data and Insight and MA teams to develop and implement CRM programs
  • Deliver omnichannel campaigns relevant to each client's customer experience
  • Develop customer engagement strategies with full ownership over the narrative, insight and strategy and lead the briefing to involve the Creative / Marketing Automation teams
  • Provide guidance to the Account Services team on how to maximise current and prospective client marketing strategies through the use of CRM
  • Develop and maintain relationships with all internal agency departments

Qualifications:


  • A minimum Bachelor's degree is required in IT, Computer Science, or a Technologyrelated field
  • Solid understanding of data segmentation strategies, data protection legislations and its effect on CRM and contact marketing
  • Experience with CRM systems (Pardot and Salesforce) and the automotive/B2B sectors
  • Strategic thinker with strong interpersonal and communicative skills
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or Test & Target
