Express Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with a fantastic and rapidly growing property firm who operate across the UK.

They are looking for an experienced property professional to join their busy team.

There is a fantastic remuneration package on offer including a basic salary of £21,255, a highly achievable bonus scheme worth an additional £4.5k, access to private healthcare for you and your family, hybrid working, and the option to purchase an additional 5 days holiday in addition to the statutory allowance.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of property sales
Progress property from initial sale through to completion
Liaise with stakeholders including solicitors, mortgage lenders, surveyors, vendor and purchasers
Maintain a record of the chain and resolve any issues
Provide weekly pipeline reports to management
Handle all administration relating to sales

Skills & Experience

Experience working in the property sector
Knowledge and experience of the sales progression process
Excellent attention to detail
Great communication skills
Self motivated and well organised
