Job Title:
Door Supervisor

This role is for our location in Sheffield


Responsibilities:


  • Ensure the safety and security of the premises and its occupants
  • Monitor and control access to the establishment
  • Conduct regular patrols to deter and detect any suspicious activities
  • Handle any disturbances or conflicts that may arise
  • Provide excellent customer service to patrons
  • Respond promptly to emergencies or incidents
  • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records and write detailed incident reports

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Door Supervisor or in a similar security role
  • Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and security procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong observation and problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
  • Physical fitness and the ability to stand for long periods of time
