Job Description:

Bright Young Things Tuition is seeking dedicated and knowledgeable tutors to join our team at our Kenton (Harrow) centre. We have openings for tutors specialized in 11+ preparation and GCSE English.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students and help them achieve their academic goals.

Responsibilities:

Deliver highquality tutoring sessions to students in 11+ preparation or GCSE English.
Plan and prepare engaging lessons tailored to the needs and abilities of individual students.
Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and track their development.
Inspire and motivate students to develop a love for learning and achieve their full potential.
Collaborate with the centre team to ensure effective communication and a supportive learning environment.

Requirements:

Previous tutoring or teaching experience is highly desirable.
Passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
A degree or relevant qualification in a related field is preferred but not essential.
Must be willing to undergo a Safer Recruitment compliance process.
