iMultiply are working with a large UK business to recruit a Temporary Accounts Payable Assistant based in a remote role.

The role pays a competitive hourly rate and requires an immediate start.

The Company

A well-established and highly performing business that is going through a period of rapid growth, hence the reasoning for this immediate requirement.

With a vast portfolio range, the operations are spread throughout the UK.

Responsibilities:

Process invoices

Perform supplier statement reconciliations and other control processes on a monthly basis.

Work with internal and external suppliers to actively support and initiate teamwork to achieve an excellent service record of accomplishment.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following experience:
Experience of working Within accounts payable / purchase ledger department.

Knowledge and ability to use Mainstream accounting

Experience of working in a busy office environment.

Ability to use computers to intermediate level for word, excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
