We are looking for a Logistics Operative to carry out warehouse duties ensuring the effective and efficient control of product within Stores.
About the Role- Provide a professional level of customer service.- Ensure high standards in housekeeping at Stores and Production Site.- Take a proactive approach to the daily stores operation, and production site logístical support- Maintain stock flow to and from production site- Ensure that the working environment is safe and working in H&S procedures.- Participate in Continuous Improvement activities within the warehouse and production environment and make suggestions for improvement.- Manage Forklift operations for Stores and Production Site- Ensure all relevant procedures and processes are followed and adhered to in line with the Company's procedures and requirements.- Lead, follow up and resolve Production Site logistics concerns.- Ensure security of the warehouse and production site operational environment and maintain access control.- Be a positive member of the team and contribute to the companies targets and objectives.
Qualifications:
We are looking for someone who is able to understand Stores and Forklift operating requirements, having demonstrable experience in stores environment within manufacturing or defence- Experience in handling and managing stock transition between stores to production site- High levels of attention to detail- Organized and able to prioritize tasks based on agreed larger goals- Excellent communication skills must be able to be demonstrated.

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills and able to establish logical practical solutions.
Based in the UK, with operations in Canada, Marshall specialises in the design and production of deployable operational infrastructure and mission support for humanitarian, defence and security operations across the globe.
Other core services include the integration of complex systems into a range of vehicles for use by the military and security services including explosive ordnance disposal and battlefield ambulances all underpinned by a full in-life managed service provision to ensure customers' equipment is available where and when they need it.
