Description

Our client is a thriving mainline used and new car dealership based in
Helston. We are looking for an experienced
Parts Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis. Our client prides themselves on offering excellent training and genuine career progression opportunities to their employees.

The role will involve ordering parts on behalf of the Service team and maintaining the agreed stock and accessory levels along with completing all relevant administration such as customer records and invoicing.

Salary:
£27,000 per annum starting salary

Hours:

Full-time, 40 hours per week (08:00-17:30 or 08:30 - 18:00), with flexibility for working every other Saturday, 08:00 - 13:00.

Proven high level of customer service skills in an automotive environment
Enjoys working with people.
Good communication skills.
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
Able to take initiative and ownership of issues with a proactive cando attitude.
Able to multitask and switch between tasks.
A team player who offers help and support to others.
Willingness to learn and keep uptodate with product and technical information.
Thrives in a highpressured environment.
