Description
This is a new and exciting opportunity to join us as a Project Communications Coordinator.

We're looking for someone who is organised, has great attention to detail, excellent coordination skills and has worked with internal and external stakeholders.

The key responsibility for this role is managing the communication suite for our external third party debt collection agencies to consumers and project coordinating timelines and responses.

Managing and coordinating internal and external communications to ensure all items are delivered on time and correct.

What you'll do:


  • Empower effective creation and implementation of communication suites for 30+ clients across both private and public sector in conjunction with our panel of corporate partners
  • Ensure communications suites conform to defined standards of tone and style
  • Ensure effective prioritisation of the change program for implementation of communication suites
  • Drive towards a communication suites framework that enables standardisation, maximises value and delivers solutions that are easy to implement
  • Embed your output as a key component of the solutions that we provide to our clients and corporate partners
  • Collaborate with and leverage your relationships with key stakeholders, including our Equifax colleagues, to generate value and realise evident synergies
  • Manage relationships and share your expertise with the other teams in Data & Analytics who are involved in the delivery of our service to clients

What experience you need:


  • Exceptional communication skills and keen attention to detail
  • Project coordination through to implementation
  • Experience of communications standards used in corporate environments
  • Proven ability to selfstart, operate independently, derive elegant and scalable solutions that are easy to implement and deliver demonstrable results

What could set you apart:


  • Experience in a regulated environment and an understanding of the impact on communication
  • Experience of evaluating efficacy of changes in communications
  • Psychology of influence / game theory / behavioural economics
  • Relationship/stakeholder management
