A reputable and well-established City law firm is looking for a talented Commercial Lawyer to join their highly regarded Commercial team at Senior Associate level.

This is your opportunity to join a leading firm with an impressive client base, whose excellencehas been recognised in multiple independent legal directories including the Legal 500 and Chambers.

The Opportunity:

Join an engaging and entrepreneurial team of Commercial specialists providing Commercially astute legal advice to a varied client base of UK and international multinationals, household names, small and medium sized businesses, entrepreneurs, and tradeassociations.
Work alongside knowledgeable Partners and other team members, continuously learning and developing your expertise and assisting junior lawyers when necessary.
Draft, review, and negotiate agreements of all kinds, advising clients both inperson and online as to the best way forward.

You will have:

48 years' PQE.
Demonstrable knowledge and experience in Commercial law, consumer protection law, intellectual property law, international trade law and sanctions, and UK and EU competition law.
