Technical Manager

Our client is one of the leaders in its sector of the Fresh Produce industry and due to further expansion, they are looking for a Technical Manager to join their team.

They are being quite specific in whom they are looking for, they want energy, they want enthusiasm, and they want customer and grower facing experience gained from a fresh produce business.

It will probably appeal to you if you are currently a Technical Manager, know what you are doing but progression for you is restricted in your current business and you are ambitious to progress.

This role will challenge you as the business is fast moving, dynamicand demanding.

You will be customer responsible 'man marking' the customer's Technical Managers, managing the complex grower base, dealing with both long term technical strategic objectives as well as day to day issues.

You will be helping set strategy, building firm relationships with the customers, and helping drive the category forward from a technical perspective.
