Job Purpose and Summary

Canon Europe is looking for an experienced Salesforce Data Strategist to join the CRM team at our HQ, in Stockley Park, Uxbridge.

You will be responsible for the creation, development and delivery of all B2B CRM data and technical requirements using Salesforce (salescloud and servicecloud), including campaign tools.

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

Define the CRM requirements, scope the delivery plans and manage the implementation with business stakeholders or IT teams.
Work with the Business Intelligence team and IT to ensure we have the best data architecture for the management of B2B data across salescloud and servicecloud.
Act as the ITCG (Imaging Technologies & Communications Group) B2B data privacy champion, supporting business stakeholders to complete data privacy impact assessments.
Manage and create all things relating to the lead capture process across multiple touchpoints: events, website and sales teams. Develop the guidelines and promote to central and local teams.
Work with the Business Intelligence team to build effective reporting for all business stakeholders
Canon Europe HQ and NSOs. Showcase campaign through to sales performance.
Play an active role in the development of the ITCG B2B vision how we shape this and drive leads at scale for the National Sales Offices

What we ask
1) Previous solid CRM experience gained in a enterprise level organisation; Salesforce salescloud experience preferred

2) Knowledge of Sales Enablement, Lead Management and Opportunities.

3) You can use your expert and insightful analytical skills to identify actions and next steps

4) Team player and must be able to organise and prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment.

5) B2B CRM data experience in the consumer electronics industry would be an advantage

Further Information

Salary range:
£44,453 - £52,920

Location - EMEA Campus, Stockley Park near Hayes, Heathrow and Uxbridge border
