We are recruiting for a Restructuring practise that aims to provide effective solutions to its clients.

Our clients include major high street banks, asset-based lenders, private equity houses, accountants, solicitors, financial sponsors, lenders, creditors,corporates and individuals.

You will be tasked with working on advisory projects and providing guidance to organizations in distressed situations across virtually every industry and every situation.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


This is a chance to join a Restructuring team can provide complete support during distressed situations, including working amidst complex cross-border issues, to preserve value for investors.


  • Assisting in the preparation of Administrations.
  • Assisting in advisory projects
  • Assist with liquidation and valuation analysis.
  • Valuation analysis and financial modelling for potential sale or merger.
  • Prepare complex cash flow projections to model business processes or actual or hypothetical transactions.
  • Preparation of and participation in management presentation and new business presentations.
  • Participation in business development initiatives and marketing events
  • Industry and business research.
  • Significant client interaction at multiple levels.
  • Forensic assistance including:
  • Support the senior team members in conducting financial and accounting investigations
  • Assist with preparing document and data requests, intended for financial and accounting fraud investigations.
  • Provide support with summarizing, present findings, and recommendations internally and externally to stakeholders, counsel and other relevant parties and committees.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • Internationally recognized accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CA, CPA)
  • Big 4 or global Btier firm experience preferred (with experience on large/international assignments)
  • Superior communication acumen and welldeveloped analytical skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of financial services/experience in voluntary/court ordered liquidations preferred (preferably administrated under Englishbased insolvency regimes)
  • Ability to work in a potentially high pressure, client driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities
  • Experience working with diverse teams
