Job Description:
General Tasks:
- Proactively promoting IQ-EQ's procompliance culture.
- Delivering objectives in line with local and Group policies, procedures and initiatives.
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders including professional advisors and other contacts.
- Maintaining Compliance and Risk registers, producing reports, and interpreting the results.
- Appropriately managing, and/or escalating risk issues and highlighting trends.
- Proactively monitoring Compliance and Risk issues, including items on registers, to ensure records are up to date, matters are resolved, and to enable timely reporting.
- Acting in a Compliance advisory capacity on matters relating to Policies, Procedures, Systems and Controls.
- Circulating updates and notifications to all staff then monitoring and recording responses, where applicable.
- Supporting compliance and riskrelated projects within the business.
- Acting as a role model through effective, positive behaviour that engenders an environment of trust, teamwork, and collaboration.
- Mentoring and developing junior colleagues.

Required Experience
- Practical experience working in offshore financial services with exposure to the underlying product and service rationales, technologies, and regulatory environments.
- Member of a relevant Professional Body (e.g. International Compliance Association) or student member.
- Experience as a team player with ability to demonstrate a trackrecord promoting teamwork and collaborating with others.
- Evidence of a commitment to high standards of customer service based on understanding needs and delivering solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly effective listening skills and able to make and communicate rational judgments in a decisive manner.
- Proficient IT skills.
