PEGA Lead Systems Architect

Northampton

As a Barclays PEGA Lead Systems Architect, you will be required to deliver target state Solutions Architecture and act as the voice of Fraud Architecture at technology councils, design authorities, programme and change boards.

You will design solutions architecture, deliver on our Group strategy and satisfy all our stakeholders.

What will you be doing?

Creating and overseeing technology solutions and costs, meeting business requirements, in line with Group Cloud strategies and architecture standards and principles
Being responsible for designing, sustaining & enhancing Fraud Servicing architecture
Producing and presenting of architectural visions and endtoend designs for Multi Cloud based solutions
Working closely with CTO, Engineering function and other teams in order to deliver solutions at highest standards
Managing timely deliverables with efficient communication, supporting teams and cross functional partnering
Providing technical vision, leadership and direction to multiple feature teams
Providing worldclass customer/client experience, underpinned by robust controls and a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance
Working closely with the Data Architects to ensure data is integrated across the Fraud Technology landscape and moved in a controlled and consistent manner

What we're looking for:

Pega LSA certification and applicable working experience
Excellent communicator with the ability to communicate and demonstrate to internal and external audiences on a wide range of topics
Ability to demonstrate previous evidence of drive, energy, commitment, and enthusiasm

Skills that will help you in the role:

Educated to degree or MBA level to be able to meet the intellectual demands of the job, or can demonstrate equivalent experience
Proven experience of system integration, API design and API management
Competence in the execution of substantial IT delivery programmes from inception through delivery
Proven track record of stakeholder management and technical leadership

Where will you be working?

Northampton was the birthplace of Barclaycard in 1966 and we've been based in Pavilion Drive since the building opened in 1997.

This state-of-the art energy efficient building holds up to 2,500 staff.

The office location is perfect for travel from the midlands and London alike as we are based just off the A45, it is easily accessible by both car and bus routes.
