VEHICLE MAINTENANCE ADMINISTRATOR

MIDDLEWICH AREA

FULL TIME PERMANENT

UP TO £24K DOE

THE ROLE

Responsible for managing day to day planning of truck and vehicle maintenance/MOT's/Servicing & scheduling
Ensuring coordination with service providers and inhouse mechanics
Use of industry standard logistics software packages to control and manage workflow
Ensuring job cards are up to date
Matching invoices to job cards to ensure a smooth operating department

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Previous experience in a maintenance department or workshop environment would be an advantage but not essential
Excellent attention to detail and highly organised
Strong communication skills and able to coordinate activities with various internal departments
A good level of IT literacy

Applicants will need access to their own transport due to our clients location
