HR Assistant
This is an exciting role within a dynamic and forward-thinking group of manufacturing companies. Winners in the top 100 manufacturing award for two consecutive years. A varied role, with HR being at the heart of all of the businesses. This is a full-timeposition based in North Essex.


The HR Assistant (HRA) will be a key member of the team and will be engaged in a full HR generalist role from administration, payroll, benefits, contractual matters, wellbeing, employee relations, absence management and maintenance of the HR database.


This role would suit someone who is looking for an opportunity to work locally, within a great team, looking to develop a career in HR.

The HRA will be given support and guidance and an opportunity to gain CIPD Level 3 qualification.


HRA Responsibilities


Reporting to the Head of HR and working with the Operations and Admin teams, the HRA is responsible for supporting the team in providing an efficient and streamlined service to the business with regard to HR administrative tasks.

This role has a wide remitwhich includes input to all HR admin and is an important support role to the business.


HRA Essentials
Energy, a positive attitude, and commitment are prerequisites as are exceptional IT and Microsoft skills.

Qualifications:

A Level standard of education desirable but not essential. Minimum of 5 GCSE grade a to c including Maths and English.
