Senior HR Advisor

Venn Group's specialist HR division are pleased to be recruiting for a
Senior HR Advisorwithin an NHS Trust in West Yorkshire.

The post holder must have employee engagement skills and be comfortable working on HR projects and HR Policy reviews. This role is a hybrid role where a significant part can be done remotely.

Your duties will include:

Providing general HR support to the line managers
Keeping up to date on employment law as to best advise those in the Employee Relations team
Developing and updating defined HR policies and procedures
Participating in directorate management meetings and attending performance management review meetings
Comfortable working autonomously
Supporting managers in the handling of short term and longterm absence in line with the Trusts policy
