Are you a highly motivated individual with a passion for ensuring the safety and well-being of students? We are working with a high achieving girls school located in Greenwich who are seeking a Safeguarding and Behaviour Manager to join our team on a tempto perm, full-time basis starting ASAP.

As the Safeguarding and Behaviour Manager, you will be responsible for:

Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of all students
Providing guidance and support to staff on safeguarding and behaviour management issues
Coordinating and leading investigations into allegations of abuse or misconduct
Providing training and awareness raising to staff and students on safeguarding and behaviour management
Building positive relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders
A relevant degree or professional qualification in child protection or education
Experience in a similar role in an educational setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
A commitment to promoting the welfare of children
