Key Responsibilities

  • To provide a robust administration service to the Compliance team, and Head of Asset Compliance, in relation to gas safety, electrical, fire safety, lift safety, water safety, asbestos, and also specialist contractors covering gate/barriers, door entry, CCTV, playgrounds
  • Manage spreadsheets containing property asset and compliance data and provide analysis of data across multiple systems
  • Confirm the correct cost codes are used and authorise purchase orders and invoice payments through use of the finance systems
  • Working with the team to set up contract meetings with the contractors, arrange meeting spaces, set agendas, and take minutes
  • Maintain and respond to documentation regarding compliance activities, including complaints received and investigation of outcomes, involving the use of CRM and the bespoke compliance management system

Experience

  • Practical experience of working within a Housing Association
  • Working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Working with change and implementation of improvement

Knowledge

  • Have a good understanding of MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Understanding how to respond to complaints in an effective manner
  • Understanding of property related compliance within Housing

Qualifications / Skills

  • Qualification in English equivalent to L
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, which demonstrate behaviours that support great customer service
  • Be highly organised, methodical and analytical with exceptional attention to detail

Benefits
The salary for this role is £30,100 per annum with up to 10% pension contributions.
