About Our Client:

As a HR Shared Service Assistant your key responsibilities will be:

  • Work closely with the HR Shared Service team to deliver an efficient HR Administration service to all employees within your designated region
  • Be responsible for all administration regarding the full employee lifecycle contracts, offers letters, induction, offboarding etc.
  • Maintain internal HR database and update employee details
  • Update records regarding holidays, absence, maternity, paternity etc.
  • Act as first line support for any employee queries with regards to holidays, benefits, policies etc.
  • Update internal policies where necessary
  • Assist with HR project work
  • Ad hoc HR Administrative tasks where necessary

The Successful Applicant:


  • Live locally to Watford, able to work full time and able to be office based at least 3 times a week
  • Have strong HR Administration experience
  • Enjoy HR Administration
  • Ideally have experience in a fast paced, high volume environment, or a Shared Service background would be desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
