About Our Client:
As a HR Shared Service Assistant your key responsibilities will be:
- Work closely with the HR Shared Service team to deliver an efficient HR Administration service to all employees within your designated region
- Be responsible for all administration regarding the full employee lifecycle contracts, offers letters, induction, offboarding etc.
- Maintain internal HR database and update employee details
- Update records regarding holidays, absence, maternity, paternity etc.
- Act as first line support for any employee queries with regards to holidays, benefits, policies etc.
- Update internal policies where necessary
- Assist with HR project work
- Ad hoc HR Administrative tasks where necessary
The Successful Applicant:
- Live locally to Watford, able to work full time and able to be office based at least 3 times a week
- Have strong HR Administration experience
- Enjoy HR Administration
- Ideally have experience in a fast paced, high volume environment, or a Shared Service background would be desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
