We're looking for individuals to join us in a new flexible team. We're offering 37.5 hour permanent contracts based on 3 long days per week, and one Sunday every 8 weeks

We are currently looking for two supervisors:
One to work Thursday to Saturday, 06:30 - 20:00 and one to work Monday - Wednesday 06:30 - 20:00.

We're looking for people who will enjoy working in different clinical areas & departments sometimes on a daily basis, thrive in an environment that challenges you, and those who want to be part of something new.

Your day-to-day activities will include:

Managing a large team who are responsible for duties, including: cleaning of wards and general areas; regenerating and serving food to our patients during mealtimes; serving hot drinks and the collection of clinical and nonclinical waste
Completing relevant checklists and other paperwork related to the role
Managing staff in line with Trust policies and procedures; including absence, annual leave and performance
Supporting new employees into the team
Assisting in recruitment and selection of staff when necessary

Our new flexible relief team will be split into two teams:
Team Awill work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday - 07:00 - 20:00 (one hour break) & one Sunday every 8 weeks

Team Bwill work Thursday, Friday & Saturday - 07:00 - 20:00 (one hour break) & one Sunday every 8 weeks
