Peaky Blinders Marketing Executive (Fixed Term):

This is a fixed term role to sit in the Audiences team - the team responsible for growing and diversifying Rambert's fanbase, widening access and deepening relationships with its brand.

Rambert's first tour of

Peaky Blinders:
The Redemption of Thomas Shelby was seen by over 100,000 people at 11 venues over 15 weeks.

This represents a new commercial model for Rambert and a tour of an "event" show on a scale we've not previously undertaken.

It received standing ovations every show and saw large numbers returning for a second and sometimes third visit.

Crucially it attracted a new, more diverse audience to Rambert and to dance (two thirds of the audience reported not previously being aware of Rambert).


We're looking for an exceptional marketing professional with a proven track record of commercial sales both in London and on tour, ideally from both an agency and in-house perspective.

You will have experience working with busy venues to ensure a show gets the attention deserved, and the strategy adhered to reach a new and more diverse audience.

You will have experience in managing social and paid digital campaigns understanding of prospecting and retargeting strategy. You will be excited and motivated by targets and yield management.

Above all, you will be a brilliant and daring individual who is passionate about widening access, diversifying audiences, and finding the biggest possible audience for this work.

This contract will be Fixed Term until September 2025.
