Role requirements:
Hybrid working is essential, after training you will be required in the office 1 week in - You will need to have strong communication skills

  • An excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to use IT systems
  • Accurately capture and record customer information
  • Work within defined time and quality guidelines, tailoring your support to fully resolve customer queries in line with these.
