Flax & Co is a growing business and we require an enthusiastic and hard working Lettings Agent to joining our busy office.

We look after a large number of student, professional and family properties.

We are based in Withington, covering the M14, M20, M21 Areas of South Manchester.

Job description
Carry out viewings

Car and Driving licence essential

Carry out meter readings and property inspections

Dealing with Landlords/Contractors/Tenants

Preparation of tenancy paperwork and collection of deposits.

Arranging inventories and relevant certificates

***The salary will be linked to experience that successful applicant has.

Working hours - 10am-5.30pm Monday - Friday.
