Receptionist


Duties:


  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events
  • Assist with project coordination, including organizing files and documents
  • Provide administrative support such as proofreading documents and preparing correspondence
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support
  • Assist with event planning and coordination

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for document management and collaboration
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with visitors and staff members
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
