They are looking for an HR Administrator to join them initially for 8 months but they are on a huge growth journey, so busy that this is likely to extend.


You will be involved in the following:

  • Deal with enquiries providing advice as to where to find the required information, managing customer expectations for effective resolution
  • Manage diary, meetings and travel for the Operations HRD, and occasionally the HRMs and HR teams
  • Handle a range of HR problems or situations, including investigating records, files, databases, to resolve queries
  • Upload and maintain file documents
  • Supporting the HR teams with specific HR tasks
  • Prioritisation of tasks with a varying workload
  • Adhoc projects

What will you need?

  • A highly organised, experienced and proactive HR Administrator
  • Somebody who is adaptable to changing workload demands
  • An advanced level of expertise on Microsoft packages
  • Ideally some HR experience or qualification such as CIPD, although this is not essential
  • Have a proactive approach, and flexibility to support team and colleagues where needed
  • Strong communication skills and someone who is able to communicate with a variety of different stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment and multitask
Salary £28k (fte) - hybrid working
