Location - WFH 4 days a week or remote working

We are delighted to be working with an international professional body based in London, who are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their professional standards team for an interim body.


What you will be doing:


  • Provide administrative support to the Professional Standards Managers with case progression and professional conduct hearings.
  • Assist the Professional Standards Managers with managing the Professional Standards and Dispute Resolution inboxes.
  • Assist with managing the pool of professional conduct panel members.
  • Manage dispute resolution enquiries and support the Dispute Resolution Service on a daytoday basis.
  • Support the regular review of the membership of the dispute resolution panels to improve and maintain the standard of the services provided.
  • Ensure the professional standards function of the body is run efficiently and effectively including preparing correspondence and documentation, dealing with enquiries, and arranging meetings.
  • Assist the Director of Professional Standards with administrative tasks.

What you need:


  • Experience as an office manager, senior administrator or senior PA preferable
  • Understanding and experience of systems and process improvements needed to support a complex office environment
  • Ability to work flexibly in supporting a number of different people / stakeholders, complex work processes and projects simultaneously
  • Experience in producing highquality documents in a range of formats: reports, presentations, meeting agendas and minutes
  • Experience in managing, coordinating and forward planning diaries at departmental and senior management level
  • Balance priorities and manage a varied workload to deliver quality outcomes
  • Demonstrable experience in using initiative, sound judgement and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Advanced Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook); working with databases (CRM)
