Job Summary

  • Working with the relevant onsite team to ensure the standards and customer requirements are met & exceeded.
  • Working with the customers national, regional, and local teams.
  • Liaising with the National Pharma Operations Manager to deliver the agreed contractual requirements with the customer.
  • Working with the local depots on the unplanned Ad Hoc requirements and source the drivers needed, form our predetermined suppliers.
  • All the drivers are correctly added to the I fleet system where appropriate, and audit 3rd parties on their drivers,
  • Check with both TVS Integrated Final Mile and 3rd parties that all drivers have a completed Self-Declaration on file.
  • Where needed when any issues arise to ensure they are giving support to the onsite teams.
  • Support the customer and local teams with any internal or external audits.
  • Support all TVS Integrated Final Mile internal compliance audits.

Hours:
Monday - Friday - 08:00 - 17: hours per week.
