Electricity North West has an exciting opportunity for a Domestic Services Construction Coordinator to join our Domestic Connections team, covering the North West area.
This Construction Coordinator role is based in Preston and comes with a salary of up to £43,765 p/a and excellent benefits.
As a Domestic Services Construction Coordinator, you will safely manage electricity connections on our distribution network in accordance with code of practice, health and safety policy and customer requirements.
You will play an integral part in the team proactively managing our customers' needs and expectations, acting as the first point of contact for our customers along with any delivery issues that may arise and working to provide a satisfactory resolution.
If you were already in this Domestic Services Construction Coordinator role, here are some of the areas you would have been working in this week:- Carrying out site safety and quality audits
- Providing professional technical direction and input into designated projects to assist the planners
- Supporting the scheduling team as required in getting the customer site ready
- Supporting customers onsite to ensure ENWL standards are adhered to
- Experience working in the front line of a 'customerfacing' organisation
- Experience working with contractors and managing a term contract
- Knowledge of the Electricity at Work Regulations, Electricity Supply Regulations, CDM regulations and the Health and Safety at Work Act
