£35,000 - £40,000

Working in a 5 strong administration team you will provide superior customer service support to both internal and external clients, acting as the first face of the company.


Hours: 7:30 - 16:30

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Meet and greet all guests
  • Coordinate the daily office set up, arrange refreshments and ordering of equipment and supplies
  • Liaise with and develop strong working relationships with vendors, contractors and other internal teams
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings ensuring all IT works and refreshments are stocked
  • Coordinating with IT on AV equipment
  • Organising travel as needed
  • Ordering of catering/client lunches
  • Communicate with building management

WHO YOU ARE

  • Career receptionist with minimum of 2 years experience working within a fast paced reception environment, ideally within financial services
  • Someone able to provide the highest level of customer service to guests and internal clients
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships
  • Able to multitask and prioritise tasks accordingly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A hands on, can do attitude with no job too small attitude
  • Reliable, hardworking and someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment
