The Right Client:
The Right role:
- To be a point of contact for all HR and recruitment activities.
- Maintaining HR records, HR database, and administrative HR duties.
- Running multiple interviews for multiple roles including screening and reference checks
- To coordinate and support Managers in dealing with employee relations issues including, but not limited to, investigations, disciplinary, grievance, capability, flexible working, attendance management and health and wellbeing issues
The Right Fit:
Current holder of level 3 Associate CIPD or currently studying level - At least 1 year HR experience withing a fast-paced HR in house function.
- At least 6 months experience dealing with end to end recruitment.
- Possesses a genuine interest in HR with a keen sense to develop and learn.
- To be able to be in control of own workload and selfmanage.
- To be able to meet business demands as required.
- Confident working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
