Your next opportunity:

Nigel Wright are delighted to be recruiting a Payroll Officer for our Client based in Teesside.
This roles offers a generous hybrid working model of 4 days from home / 1 office per week.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the preparation, processing and payment of the monthly payroll, This is a high volume payroll
  • Working as part of the payroll team to answer employee queries
  • Understanding Group Payroll structure and tax references
  • Providing information on Pensions to Pension Providers and processing third party payments.
  • Approving employee expense claims and processing payments
  • Able to work full time hours Monday
  • Friday there can be flexibility on start and finish times.
  • Happy to work from home 4 days per week, 1 day in the office per week
  • The salary range on this is £28,000 £33,000 depending on experience
  • You must be able to demonstrate strong experience in a payroll post
