Royal Masonic School | Fitness | Permanent | Part time

Up to £20,883 per annum, pro rata

20 hours per week (mostly weekdays but could include some weekend working based on rota requirements)

As a Client Services Administrator at Royal Masonic School, you'll bring a keen eye for detail, strong secretarial skills and great communication abilities.

You're proficient with Microsoft Office, comfortable working with numbers and you're committed to providing our teams with the best level of support.

The opportunity

You will be first point of contact at our Fitness & Wellbeing Centre that sits in beautiful grounds.

As our Client Services Administrator you will:
Meet and greet our members/guests

Log queries, bookings and appointments

Use GymManager software

Be familiar with Health & Safety to ensure safety of team, members and visitors.

The person

To succeed as a Client Services Administrator, you will need:

Professional telephone handling experience
Confident with use of MS Outlook and Excel
Willing to learn nature
And a friendly, welcoming, flexible, and warm nature with an interest in Health & Fitness.

This is a permanent part-time role of 20 hours per week working mostly weekday evenings and some weekends.
