  • We offer a great Face to face fundraising service, working in residential and Private sites ( Shopping malls, Supermarkets, train stations, airports ETC.)

As the Logistics Co-ordinator you will:

  • Develop and maintain a sound knowledge of all venues and services
  • Respond promptly and accurately to all event enquiries as soon as possible.
  • Interpret customer requirements and prepare bespoke proposals for their consideration
  • Conduct site visits for future bookings
  • Proactively find opportunities to upsell and cross sell


This is a truly exciting opportunity for a highly organised and customer focused Events Co-ordinator to manage a wide range of venue hire bookings across their portfolio and be responsible for the enquiry through to post event feedback.

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 37.5 per week


Salary:
£12.00 per hour
