Join Centrepoint, the leading charity in the UK dedicated to tackling youth homelessness. We are currently seeking a skilled
Direct Marketing Officer to join our passionate Development Team in Aldgate.

As part of our Individual Giving department, you will play a vital role in helping us provide practical and emotional support to vulnerable young people, empowering them to secure employment and live independently.

Each year, Centrepoint, in collaboration with our partners, supports over 16,000 homeless young individuals.

By joining us as a Direct Marketing Officer, you will contribute directly to our Development Team's efforts in implementing our donor development and retention program.

Your primary objective will be to generate cash income from our existing supporters throughout 2023/24.

We are proud of our highly successful cash program and now seek an individual with drive, initiative, and a passion for creativity and analysis.

As a valued member of our team, you will deliver and expand our program, utilising both digital and offline channels to enhance engagement and maximise the long-term value of our existing supporters.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting the Senior Direct Marketing Officer in planning, developing, and executing all cash appeals, including online and offline campaigns, as well as our virtual gifts program and engagement communications.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to strike a balance that benefits both Centrepoint and the young people we support.
Regularly analysing and reporting campaign performance, identifying supporter behaviour trends to shape future strategies and activities.
Ensuring the integration of digital channels as a key component of our cash program.
