We are seeking a Customer Representative to join our team.

As a Customer Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.


Responsibilities:


  • Communicate with customers via various face to face channels to assist with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution.
  • Utilize excellent phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions.
  • Perform data entry to update customer information and order details accurately.
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend products or services that best fit their requirements.
  • Upsell products or services to increase revenue opportunities.

Skills:


  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
  • Proficient in English for clear communication.
  • Excellent data entry skills for accurate record keeping.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Experience with upselling techniques is beneficial.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,665.62 per year
