We are seeking a Customer Representative to join our team.As a Customer Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via various face to face channels to assist with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution.
- Utilize excellent phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions.
- Perform data entry to update customer information and order details accurately.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend products or services that best fit their requirements.
- Upsell products or services to increase revenue opportunities.
Skills:
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
- Proficient in English for clear communication.
- Excellent data entry skills for accurate record keeping.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Experience with upselling techniques is beneficial.
Job Types:

Pay:
From £25,665.62 per year
