With You are excited to be recruiting for an experienced HR professional to join them in the new role of Employee Relations Investigator, to shape, drive and lead our people and culture change agenda.

This is a fixed term role until June 2024, working remotely with nationwide travel to our services.

As Employee Relations Investigator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Thoroughly investigating employee concerns
  • raised formally via the Staff Complaints or Dignity at Work policy, producing detailed reports with findings and recommendations and working at pace to ensure a quick resolution
  • Sharing learning and making recommendations to improve practice within the investigation setting ensuring it is captured organisationally


This is a truly hands-on role that will enable you to make a tangible difference to our leadership capabilities, improving performance and productivity and fostering better people management practices.

  • A professionally recognisable qualification, not less than NVQ
  • Significant HR knowledge, including employment law and complex employee relations cases
  • Proven experience of working with senior stakeholders, with the ability to advise and influence
  • Professional curiosity and honed interview skills, in order to probe and establish facts
