Construction Estimator
Westhill, Aberdeenshire

£45,000 - £55,000 + Car Allowance + Hybrid Working


Information on the role

  • Manage accurate records of tender and contract documents
  • Prepare detailed bills of quantities and work schedules for accurate pricing
  • Compile tender comparisons and consideration
  • Present tenders at settlement meetings with a comprehensive knowledge of the best approach to be taken
  • Offer advice on risk and value engineering options
  • Work closely with supply chains to ensure competitive tenders
  • Contribute to database tenders for historical data and average rates and supply chain databases
  • Develop relationships with consultants and clients
  • Maximise efficiency of services, utilising all resources in conjunction with the Project Managers, and identity problems, taking the relevant action to resolve them

What we'd like from you

Proven Estimating experience in Construction Projects, Residential, Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Industrial etc
:


  • Experience with Causeway Estimating software desirable
  • Exceptional written and spoken English skills
  • Selfmotivated personality
  • Attention to detail with a right firsttime attitude
  • Organisation and time management skills
