South West based charitable housing association BCHA was founded over 50 years ago with a continuing mission to meet housing need and end homelessness.

Our services offer high quality support to individuals who may have experienced rough sleeping, trauma and addiction and your main duties would be:
- Meeting with individuals to carry out strengths based needs assessments and develop support plans
- Dealing with incidents and emergencies
- Raising safeguarding issues
- Meeting with other services and professionals to develop a joined up holistic service
- Being an integral part of a positive and collaborative team
