42.5 hours per week - Competitive salary dependent upon experience, plus company van

Initially covering homes in the Hampshire/Surrey regions

To help expand our range of homes, we are looking for a skilled and devoted Decorator who has extensive experience working independently with a high level of freedom, creating the best possible living spaces for our community residents.

Reporting to our Estates Management Team, the key duties for Decorators include:

Carrying out decoration and enhancement projects in operational care homes within the Avery Healthcare Group
Creating Risk Assessments and Method Statements for decoration projects
Supporting the Estates Project Manager in defining project briefs and scopes of work
Maintaining a safe work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
Adhering to all health and safety standards related to decoration projects

This role will involve travel to different homes in a specific region, with a company van provided for transportation. Therefore, a valid UK driver's license is a must.
