**A valid UK driving licence is essential for this post

The purpose of the role is to work under the supervision of registered therapy staff to assist patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals undertake baseline assessments within clearly defined parameters for the identified service Implement, adapt and progress treatment programmes within agreed protocols and defined parameters use specialist technical and practical skills to deliver flexible, patient-centred programmes across a variety of clinical settings, and discharge or transition care within agreed protocols and defined parameters.


  • Formal qualification at HNC Level or equivalent level of experience in a health education social care environment plus short specialist courses relevant to specific clinical area.
  • Awareness of health legislation relevant to the clinical area.
  • Knowledge of the clinical speciality area process, techniques and or activities relevant to client group.
  • Time management, planning and organisational skills.
