Junior Finance Analyst
This job would suit individuals who are looking to expand their skills and experience of working within financial departments.

You will have the opportunity to support a Finance team in this rapidly expanding business, whilst gaining the knowledge to develop your own skills.

You will be tasked with providing an interface between the Operational Project Managers and the Finance Department.

The main responsibilities of the role will include:

Working alongside the current Project Finance Team.
Provide project costs for quotes.
Issuing quotes.
Analysing costs.
Answering client queries relating to finance.
Receive and log purchase orders from clients.
Be the main point of contact for finance for small to midlevel projects.
Instructing works to commence once a Purchase order is received on all smallmid level projects our business proceedings.
Being the owner of the finance process for small to medium level projects from start to finish following from receiving the initial brief from a project manager.
To demonstrate strong Microsoft Excel expertise.
Be capable of handling and organising data.
Ideally will have experience of typical ERP databases (Orderwise experience is desirable though not essential).
Have a good understanding of the purchase order process.
Have a positive work ethic.
Have strong knowledge retention skills.
Be able to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
