Main Purpose

Our client have a consistent track record of winning evidenced by exceptional growth of 700% over the last five years.

They have over 200 contracts in 40 NHS Trusts. We are seeking a site co-ordinator based at Royal Orthopaedic Hospital, Birmingham.

The site coordinator will assist with the co-ordination of the day to day activities and service delivery of the managed services to the theatre team at ROH.

They will be expected to monitor the ordering of consumables and the receipt of information to ensure that procedures are not postponed due to a quality failure, thus avoiding service credits.

They will also assist the on-site manager and the Regional Service Delivery Manager as required.
Key Accountabilities

To support site staff and the divisional director in the effective delivery of the managed services at ROH, Birmingham and day to day account management.
To represent and promote our clients managed services efficiency and the corporate values at the customer site
To ensure that all stock is distributed and shelved in a timely manner from delivery
To carry out cyclecounting and adhoc stocktakes
To rotate stock as appropriate
To manage all stock within the department in a proactive manner and flag any over/under consumption
To ensure that all purchase orders placed by our client are authorised in accordance with Trust requirements and that all procedures are adhered to
